At Catch the Wave, we believe wellness is about more than doctor visits—it’s about habits that help you feel strong, calm, and energized. That’s why we’re hosting Walk • Run • Connect • Grow, a 6-week program designed to boost your fitness, mindset, and overall health.
Walking and running can improve heart health, reduce stress, and increase energy—and this program is perfect for all levels, from first-time walkers to seasoned runners.
Meet Your Coach: Staci Blanket
This program is led by Staci Blanket, Certified Nutritionist and RRCA Level 1 Run Coach. With decades of experience and multiple marathons and Ironman races under her belt, Staci brings expert knowledge in fitness, nutrition, and motivation.
Her guidance pairs perfectly with Catch the Wave’s whole-body approach to wellness, helping you train smarter and recover better.

📅 August 25 – October 12 (no session Labor Day)
📍 Mondays at 6 PM | 755 Montauk Hwy, Oakdale
🎯 Optional goal event: Step Up, Step Out 5K – Oct 12
Weekly sessions include mindset coaching, coached group walks/runs, and warm-ups/cooldowns.
